Invitation
This is an open conference, and everyone interested in bitumen technology is invited to attend, however we can only welcome 100 participants due to the size of the conference venue. We therefore strongly advice to make an early registration.

Registration

Registration must be made before April 8. Invoice should be paid prior to the start of the conference.

Registration Fee
Registration Fee is EUR 175* including coffee and lunch.
No refunds will be made for cancellation, but it will be possible to change name by sending an E-mail to: info@asfaltskolan.se before May 1.

Venue
The conference will be held at Skanska’s head office in Solna, Råsundav. 2, Solna, approximately 10 km from Stockholm city.

Transportation
By car: E4 runs right next to the Conference venue in Solna. A limited amount of parking places is available in Skanska’s garage. Report arrival in Skanska’s reception for obtaining parking permit.

By air: Transportation to and from the Airport: we recommend The “Flygbussarna” Airport Coaches Arlanda–Stockholm to bus stop “Haga Norra”. http://www.flygbussarna.se/en/arlanda

By train: Take local train from Stockholm Central Station to local train station “Solna“. Then take a short walk (10 minutes). For more information about local trains, click here

After the Conference, a free bus shuttle service will be offered to Stockholm City.

Dinner
A dinner, voluntary for attendees at separate cost (EUR 65*), will be held at Aifur Viking Restaurant. (The homepage is both in Swedish and English.)

Hotels in Stockholm
There are many hotels in central Stockholm. We recommend searching in a Booking website like www.hotels.com or www.booking.com for hotels close to “Stockholm Central Train Station”.
